Voluntary participation

I understand that I participate in the exercises, treatments, and events offered by Azure Ananda voluntarily. I am aware of the risks of training. I can consider your participation in my health and my skills point of view. If I am unsure of their state of health, I am obliged to undergo a medical examination before starting or resuming training. I understand that a yoga teacher / personal trainer /Reiki therapist is not a health care professional (such as a doctor) and, therefore, cannot make an officially approved diagnosis of the risks of training/treatment.

Exemption of the representative of Azure Ananda from liability

I am aware of any exercise, relaxation, courses, and other programs offered. I declare that I will release Azure Ananda and its representatives, as s event organizers and/or teachers, any liability if I suffer any damage to my health or property during my activities and rehearsals. I choose to practice at the events and rehearsals offered by Azure Ananda at my own risk.

Insurance

I am aware that the customer himself against accident and travel insurance. Some cancellation insurance is also included in most travel insurance, but I can consider my own needs for obtaining comprehensive cancellation insurance.

Customer’s right to cancel the reservation

Cancellations must always be notified in writing to Azure Ananda by email to hanne@azureananda.com

Cancellation policy for courses

The cancellation is considered to have taken place when the information has reached Azure Ananda by email. In the event of a cancellation, we will always charge a booking and an office fee of at least € 40 (see details below). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund this amount to the customer.

If you cancel the course/event no later than 31 days before the course, we will charge a booking and office fee of € 40. If you cancel the course 30-15 days before the start of the course or event, we will charge half of the course price. If you cancel 14 days – 0 hours before the beginning of the course or you do not cancel at all, we will charge the full course fee.

With a medical certificate, we charge a booking and office fee of € 60, as we do not have time to get a new participant at short notice. A medical certificate must be presented upon cancellation. In the event of an obstacle, the course may be handed over to another person. Azure Ananda must be notified of the cancellation immediately.

If the course does not take place for some reason, we will refund the course fee in full. However, Azure Ananda does not reimburse, for example, travel or accommodation costs already booked for a retreat.

These cancellation and payment terms will be observed unless otherwise stated in the offer/booking confirmation. By accepting these booking and cancellation conditions, the customer agrees to them. Any disagreements will be resolved primarily through mutual negotiations.

Obligation to acquaint

The customer is obliged to read these terms and conditions before paying for the service. In connection with the reservation and payment, the customer undertakes to comply with the contract’s terms and conditions, reservation and cancellation specified by the seller for the product or service. For other individual events or occasions, terms and conditions may be defined to supplement these terms. We reserve the right to make changes.

Personal information

Our company may receive your personal information (myself) if we discuss, for example, by email (you yourself). Also, my accounting firm only receives billing information.
